Why 90 days
This isn't an arbitrary window. A hair growth cycle runs three to four months, egg maturation takes roughly 90 days, and cycle regularity needs at least three cycles to assess. A 30-day refund window would be commercially safer for us and useless to you — you'd be judging a product before it has had time to work.
The honest version: we ask for 90 days of consistent use because that's when the evidence says results appear. If you stop at week three and ask for a refund, this policy won't cover you — but our standard 14-day unopened-return policy still will.
What's covered
- Any UNA nutraceutical bought directly from us or an authorised marketplace store.
- Your first 90-day course of that product.
- Full refund of the product price.
What isn't covered
- Repeat or subsequent courses of the same product.
- Products bought from unauthorised resellers.
- Claims made more than 30 days after the 90-day course ends.
- Shipping charges already paid.
How to claim
- Email care@unalabs.in with your order number and the date you started.
- Share your assessment result, and a follow-up assessment taken at the 90-day mark. Both are free and take under three minutes.
- Send back any remaining product and packaging — we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you.
- We process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the return.

One thing we won't promise
We won't guarantee a specific outcome — no brand honestly can, and any that does is overselling. Nutraceuticals support the body's own processes; they don't override genetics, an undiagnosed thyroid condition, or a medication interaction. What we can promise is that you won't be out of pocket for trying.
