Our products are non-returnable. To raise a replacement request, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
We accept replacement requests only under the following conditions:
⦁ Incomplete order delivered (missing product)
⦁ Damaged product delivered (physical damage)
⦁ Wrong product delivered
⦁ Expired product delivered
⦁ Replacement request raised within 5 days from the date of delivery

⦁ Opened, used, or altered products
⦁ Original packaging missing (outer carton)
⦁ Replacement request raised after 5 days from delivery

How Can I Raise a Replacement Request?
Step 1 –
Raise a Replacement Request within 5 days of delivery by sharing the following details with us:

Step 2 –
After receiving your request, we will arrange a reverse pick-up within 2–3 business days.
If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. Courier charges will be reimbursed through wallet/UPI transfer.
Step 3 –
Once the returned product is received, it will be verified against your claim. Replacement will be initiated based on stock availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you once the product is back in stock.

Can I Get a Replacement for Part of My Order?
Yes. You can request replacement for any eligible product within 5 days of delivery.

Can I Cancel My Order?
⦁ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
⦁ Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
⦁ UNA LABS LLP reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation. We may also verify orders via phone/email before shipping.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
⦁ For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (bank account/credit card/debit card) within 7 business days.

Shipping Policy
⦁ Confirmed orders from serviceable pin codes will be delivered within 7 days via our authorized distributors.
⦁ Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
